Management Accountant

Chase and Holland is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join their team. As a key member of the Operational Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic operational support and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weekly cost centre reporting and cost control meeting with budget holders
  • Reporting actual to standards variances on a weekly basis
  • Month end management accounts, MI reporting, analysis and posting journals for accruals and prepayments
  • Business Partner the Head of Operations and the wider SLT, providing strategic operational support
  • Be the main point of contact for the operational team members for standards, costings, ad-hoc queries
  • Support with the compilation of the annual budget and rolling forecast
  • Monthly commercial reporting and reforecasting process
  • Sales and margin analysis on a monthly basis
  • Provide cover for the Head of Finance and Controlling when required
  • Help drive best practice in terms of processes, controls and reporting within the department
  • Drive efficiencies in the factory and manage costs
