We are seeking several Administration and Customer Service professionals to support a Start of Year initiative at a leading Educational Institution in Manchester.
We are looking to fill various roles to assist with this initiative, including Administration Coordinators, Student Finance Support Representatives, and Immigration Support Representatives.
As a University ID Card Coordinator, you will be the primary contact for students requiring their university identification cards.
Your responsibilities will include operating a card production machine to create and distribute new ID cards, as well as managing inquiries through online forms, emails, and phone communications, ensuring effective and clear communication at all times.
Utilizing IT applications, particularly Microsoft Office, you will manage and document student interactions, ensuring that all records are accurately maintained.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative capacity is essential.
- Proficiency in IT applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving, assisting students in navigating their university experience.
