GdC Beauty Group is celebrating a significant milestone and is expanding its training division. As a premier skincare authority, we are renowned for our opulent treatment experiences and effective products, cherished in numerous regions worldwide.

We are seeking a dedicated Skin Care Educator to enhance our training efforts across the London and Southern England area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the GdC Beauty Group brand and its unique treatment rituals.
  • Provide exceptional training sessions throughout London and the southern region for our partners and team members.
  • Encourage effective sales strategies during all training initiatives.
  • Engage with individuals at all organizational levels and adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning preferences and cultural contexts.
  • Facilitate online and virtual training sessions as required.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the head trainer at the brand headquarters to implement best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver luxury treatment demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Serve as a representative of our global brand, providing treatments to key influencers and VIP clientele.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing a daily schedule, preparing expense reports, and compiling training evaluations post-session, along with any other necessary administrative duties.
  • Ensure a high standard of hygiene is upheld within the training environment.
  • Exhibit flexibility and readiness to support business needs as they arise.
  • Assist at customer and industry events as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the Beauty/Spa sector as a therapist or trainer.
  • Qualified as a face and body therapist up to NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent.
  • Preferred advanced training in electrical treatments, though not mandatory.
  • Possession of an NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Education and Training Certificate is preferred.
  • NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 with 2 years of experience may also be considered.
  • Strong background in retail.
  • Comprehensive understanding of holistic therapies, including hot stone treatments and chakra work.
  • Must possess a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel, including overnight stays.
  • Proficient in IT, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
