Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Residential Estate Agent to join our team at Q Recruitment. As a key member of our property recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in the residential estate agency sector.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in residential estate agency, with a strong understanding of the property market in Witney and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for:

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Business Development: Seek new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Sales Negotiation: Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Viewings and Follow-Ups: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing prospective buyers with detailed information and addressing any queries they may have.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and act upon feedback from clients and buyers to improve service delivery and address any concerns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legal requirements and company policies, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in residential estate agency
  • In-depth knowledge of the property market in Witney & the surrounding areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work and collaborate with management to execute successful sales strategies
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
  • Strong organisational skills
  • UK driving licence

Package

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Salary guarantee of £27,500 pa
  • After which you will receive a basic salary of £25,000 pa and a realistic OTE of £35,000 pa
