Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated instructors for our diverse range of fitness classes, including Les Mills Body Combat, Body Pump, and Body Balance. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness within the community.
Available Schedule:
Classes are scheduled from Monday to Friday, with morning and evening slots, as well as weekend opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness sessions according to the established timetable, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.
- Design and implement class structures that cater to the varying abilities and goals of participants.
- Manage class attendance and bookings in accordance with company procedures.
- Oversee the setup and dismantling of equipment for each session.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance programming and meet member needs.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies, ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks related to the role.
- Maintain all required qualifications and engage in continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- REPS/CIMSPA Level 2 qualification in Fitness/Exercise to Music (mandatory).
- Specific qualifications related to the fitness disciplines being taught.
- Experience in delivering fitness classes in a similar environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to fitness.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- A motivational approach to inspire participants.
- Good organizational and numerical skills.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of clients.
