Fitness Class Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Fusion Lifestyle. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes to our members, promoting a safe and enjoyable environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging fitness classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels
  • Ensure classes are conducted in a safe and organized manner, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Provide personalized attention to members, offering guidance and support to help them achieve their fitness goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new fitness programs and services
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and well-maintained fitness environment
Requirements:
  • REPS/CIMSPA level 2 qualified and registered
  • Relevant and specific qualification for your chosen discipline
  • Experience in delivering fitness classes in a comparable role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
