Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

Data Careers Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT function, you will be responsible for leading a team of full stack.Net Developers, guiding, coaching, and mentoring them to deliver high-quality data services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of full stack.Net Developers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure the delivery of high-quality data services.
  • Develop and maintain clean, secure, and well-tested code in.Net/C#.
  • Proven ability to build accessible web applications using Umbraco CMS, MVC, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong RDBMS skills, including SQL Server, and knowledge of software architecture patterns.
  • Strong communications and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Azure skills, including Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and experience with Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience developing full stack.Net applications.
  • At least 1 year's experience in a Senior Developer role, with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring mid-level Developers.
  • Ability to work 1 or 2 days per week in Brighton.
