About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Full Stack Developer who can manage a growing team of full stack Developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event-driven development and domain-driven design principles, with experience in transforming applications into event-based architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of full stack.Net Developers and guide them in their work
  • Develop and implement event-driven architecture and domain-driven design principles
  • Transform applications into event-based architecture
  • Build accessible cloud-hosted websites
  • Refactor applications
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience developing clean and secure code in.Net/C#
  • At least 1 year's experience in a Senior Developer role where you have coached and mentored mid-level Developers
  • Experience in event-driven architecture and domain-driven design principles
  • Proven ability to build accessible web applications
  • Strong RDBMS skills including SQL Server
  • Knowledge of appropriate software architecture patterns
  • Strong communications and collaboration skills
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of Sitecore/Umbraco or similar CMS
  • Azure skills including Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus
  • Experience of Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines
