About the Role
CHEC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced NHS Partnership Executive to join our team. As a key ambassador for CHEC in your region, you will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with local opticians to grow our referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan your week effectively using your diary, making calls, and working face to face to build relationships with local opticians.
- Be the first point of contact for both existing and prospective referrers and are responsible for growing your referral base by building strong and robust customer relationships.
- Improve brand awareness, business development, and promoting CHEC to new and existing referrers.
- Promote our services, hospital locations, patient benefits, how patients can be referred to us, and new developments within the business.
- Promote and assist in coordinating our optometrist events.
- Build strong working relationships with key decision makers to increase awareness of CHEC and build our market share across your designated area.
Requirements
- Self-motivated individual with some experience in sales.
- Problem solver.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems.
- The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems.
- Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently.
- A full driving licence and have own vehicle.
