Main Purpose:

The main objective of this role is to oversee and coordinate the Multiply programme for Permanent Futures, a national initiative focused on delivering Maths and skills for life training to staff and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of the Multiply Programme in line with council and services priorities, policies, and performance framework.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, including teaching and support personnel.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance programme outcomes and participant engagement.
  • Collaborate with Programme Manager for Skills for Life to ensure alignment with organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Curriculum Management and programme coordination.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive programme success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Arrangements:

This is a 3-month contract position with a requirement for on-site work. There may be a need to undertake some teaching responsibilities.
