Job Title: Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Programme Coordinator to join our team at the LMP Group. As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our educational programmes, working closely with local stakeholders, parents, schools, and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with local stakeholders, parents, schools, and students to ensure the smooth delivery of our programmes.
  • Support the wider action team, including the transition camps run through the summer holidays.
  • Manage a comprehensive portfolio of school/contract requirements, including securing LMP Staff, arranging drop off for equipment, and carrying out risk assessments.
  • Ensure quality on-boarding for new learners, including creating learner timetables, contacting parents, and sending initial startup letters and key documentation.
  • Monitor attendance and liaise with schools and various centers.
  • Support the Alternative Provision Manager in monitoring and reporting systems to ensure comprehensive reports are written up following contract requirements.
  • Prepare performance reports against targets as required.
Requirements:
  • Project coordination experience is essential.
  • Passion for working with and empowering young people is desirable.
