Retail Business Analyst Opportunity

Praise Consultancy Limited is seeking a skilled Retail Business Analyst to join their team. As a Retail Business Analyst, you will contribute to the design and delivery of major transformation programmes, including designing new operating models, building business cases, and supporting the delivery of change programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document business processes to support system re-design and process improvement projects.
  • Test hypotheses effectively and support the development of new opportunities.
  • Support clients' objectives for transformation by assessing current processes, operating models, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Retail experience and a solid understanding of our clients' markets and their challenges.
  • IT skills include Microsoft Office suite and mobile digital platforms.
  • Ability to articulate and perform clear communications to mixed audiences.
  • Exposure to change management and knowledge of change management techniques is an advantage.
