Role Overview

We are seeking a Bartender to join our team at The Bath Priory. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that every drink is made to perfection. You will work closely with our team to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and creative flair.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Upsell and promote our drinks menu to increase sales and revenue.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
