Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team at No. 15 Great Pulteney, Bath. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, using a variety of spirits, wines, and cocktails.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming bar environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in a high-end establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, with a passion for mixology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
