About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Domestic Assistant to join our team at SWFT Clinical Services Ltd. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors at our Lillington Health Hub in Leamington Spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake necessary duties to ensure the upkeep of a clean and hygienic environment within the health hub and associated areas.
- Perform specialized cleaning tasks as required.
- Be responsive to service needs as they arise and constantly seek to improve the productivity and quality of the service.
- Work in line with health, safety, security, and Company and Trust policies and procedures, including infection control.
- Ensure confidentiality, privacy, and dignity are maintained at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Company and Trust policy.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner while on Trust and Company premises.
- Participate in regular team meetings, performance reviews, and other relevant discussions.

SWFT Clinical Services Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT). We provide a range of services, including outpatient pharmacy facilities, estates and facilities management, private patient services, and consultancy services to NHS Trusts.
