About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrichment Officer to join our Student Life Enrichment team at Luminate Education Group. As an Enrichment Officer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering enrichment activities that enhance the student experience and promote student engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver enrichment activities that align with the college's strategic objectives and student needs.
  • Work closely with the Student Life Enrichment team to design and implement enrichment programs that promote student engagement and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the college to ensure that enrichment activities are integrated into the curriculum and support student learning outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to students to help them develop their skills and interests through enrichment activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enrichment activities and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience of delivering enrichment activities or similar roles in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to design and deliver enrichment activities that are engaging and relevant to students.
  • Knowledge of student development theories and models, and the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
