About the Role

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance and Funding Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance and funding processes of our apprenticeship programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with learners and internal teams to ensure positive audit outcomes by gathering and maintaining all required evidence and complying with funding rules.
  • Collaborate with the training provider to develop and maintain detailed learner files that meet audit and funding requirements.
  • Collect and review learner evidence to support accurate and timely funding claims.
  • Regularly review apprenticeship learner records to ensure compliance with ESFA, AEB, and other relevant funding rules.
  • Assist the delivery team in verifying that learner files align with audit frameworks and identifying and resolving any compliance gaps.
  • Maintain regular contact with learners and teams via telephone, Teams/Zoom, and in-person meetings where needed.
  • Take full ownership of ensuring learner files are ready for ILR submission and audit compliance.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of ESFA funding rules, Apprenticeships, AEB, and other funding regulations in the education sector.
  • Experience in managing compliance within the adult education sector, especially with apprenticeship and learner files.
  • Proactive and tenacious, able to identify and resolve issues quickly while building strong relationships with learners, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Flexible working with the ability to manage your own schedule, complemented by monthly in-person team meetings.
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing with service, plus bank holidays.
