About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Data Analytics Officer to lead our data strategy and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

This is a remote-first role with travel to client sites and our Birmingham office roughly 1 day per month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy to meet business objectives and company strategy.
  • Design and implement intelligent data solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead a high-caliber team of data professionals to build and deploy innovative data solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data strategy remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a data leadership role with a strong track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Experience in both data analytics and engineering, with a strong understanding of data warehousing, statistical modeling, data mining, machine learning, and visualization.
  • Strong technical expertise in data analytics languages such as SQL, Python, and R or similar.
  • Experience with intelligent data stacks like AWS, MS Azure, GCP, Azure Databricks, and Apache Kafka.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multi-disciplinary remote teams.
