Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Hub Specialist to join our team at Poundland. As a key member of our Customer Support Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and colleagues, ensuring all maintenance requests are handled according to our Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle maintenance calls with a professional and supportive attitude.
  • Log incoming calls and manage urgent calls from start to finish, keeping key stakeholders informed.
  • Raise purchase orders and handle email queries.
  • Follow up on quotes that impact health and safety or business operations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and engineers.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience working in a helpdesk or contact centre environment.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
