About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Virtus Talent. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies, building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients, and working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients
  • Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with
  • Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets
  • Managing your candidate database
  • Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism
