Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our Leeds office.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our experienced team to find, register, interview, and place candidates into teaching and support roles across Secondary and SEN Schools in Leeds and the surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for meeting candidates, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, and arranging interviews. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in recruitment and education, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
