You will be responsible for promoting our exceptional services to potential clients in your designated area. This involves identifying growth opportunities and ensuring that SUEZ recycling and recovery UK is considered for significant regional contracts. Our Regional Business Development Managers represent the pinnacle of our sales force, comparable to a 'National Accounts BDM' or 'Key Account BDM' in the market. You will craft customized proposals and deliver client presentations that lead to new additions to our regional portfolio. Upon securing a new client, you will take the lead in negotiating and structuring a contract solution, ensuring a seamless implementation process for a positive customer experience. In essence, you will refine our regional sales strategy, enhance our market presence, and establish a strong market position for our brand.Qualifications
Proven experience in navigating blue-chip, FTSE 500 markets and established UK brands is essential. With a background in senior sales roles, you will understand how to deliver exceptional service levels, create a positive customer experience, and manage expectations while maximizing profitability. Familiarity with the UK waste and resource management sector or Facilities Management is advantageous, though not mandatory, as industry training can be provided. However, a strong track record in sales and previous achievements are crucial. You will be targeting high waste expenditure prospects and operating at a corporate level, demonstrating experience in navigating blue-chip, FTSE 500 markets and established UK brands. While the primary focus will be on the South East, you will also be expected to prepare bid/tender responses for national opportunities.About Us
