Job Title: Learning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Manager to join our team at Co-op Academy Priesthorpe. As a Learning Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic success of our students and contributing to the development of our inclusive and supportive community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students across Key Stages 3 and 4 where a teacher is absent.
  • Research, prepare, and coordinate resources to support teaching and learning.
  • Manage behaviour in the classroom and assist with break and lunch time supervision.
  • Contribute to the development of learning strategies to help raise achievement.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and a strong understanding of the education sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • A commitment to co-operative values and principles.
