Senior Digital Product Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Product Owner to join our team at Together. As a key member of our agile delivery team, you will be responsible for the delivery and ongoing improvement of our customer-facing digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Scope and prioritise activities based on business goals, commercial objectives and customer impact to deliver both customer and business value
- Ownership of the full product lifecycle for togethermoney.com and other platforms across our digital estate
- Manage a team of circa 3 people
- Own, maintain and deliver a prioritised roadmap & backlog based on business benefit, data/analytics, customer feedback, competition, stakeholder input & effort
- Ensure all initiatives have a clear cost-benefit case supporting any build/investment
- Use customer research and data to create proof-of-concept prototypes (working with the wider Digital team) for user testing and validating
- Communicate, collaborate and challenge external third-party partners, business stakeholders and product teams to align on dependencies & to keep deliverables on-track
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer experience and market competition in order to identify and fill gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth across the business
- Set Objectives & Key performance (OKRs) for the product to measure success and delivery of strategic goals
- Keep stakeholders and the wider business informed of progress of the product vision and goals of the product
- A successful track record as a digital product owner, taking customer-facing products from initial concept through to final delivery, and evolving them further over time
- Solid understanding of UX/UI, development, optimisation, analytics and user research
- Experience working within an agile delivery model, alongside an understanding of Scrum & Devops
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (both in person and in writing)
- A passion for improving value from Products and putting the customer at the heart of all product design/delivery
- The ability to confidently challenge but to also engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
