We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEND Primary Teacher to join our team at The Holden School, a specialist day school for boys and girls aged 4-16. As a SEND Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to pupils with a wide range of needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of our pupils.
- Work collaboratively with the Class Team, Pastoral Team, and Therapists to provide individualized curriculums and support.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure successful outcomes and a positive school culture.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of all pupils.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
- Excellent teaching skills, with the ability to adapt to the needs of individual pupils.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
