**About the Role**

At Digital Waffle, we're seeking a skilled Motion Designer to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover basis. As a key member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging motion graphics to enhance our brand's online presence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with our Head of Design to develop a range of digital assets for various channels, including social media, e-commerce, and digital platforms.
  • Create motion graphics that captivate our audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Utilize industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Premiere Pro, to bring your creative vision to life.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the industry, with a strong background in digital design.
  • Proven track record of working in an in-house role, with a focus on motion graphics and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using the software mentioned above, with a portfolio or showreel that showcases your previous work.
