Job Summary:We are seeking a Bank Regional Registered Nurse to support our homes in Southall and West Drayton. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in care, trained in basic life support, catheter male and female, PEG and RIG Tube feeding, and end of life care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Senior Nurse/Manager in assessing, implementing, and evaluating a high standard of resident's care.
- Lead and motivate the care team to achieve a high standard of care.
- Carry out appropriate skills for the job, including physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort.
- Maintain effective communications, both verbal and written, making accurate reports on residents and informing other members of the senior care team of day-to-day changes.
- Ensure that care procedures are carried out according to policy.
- Be responsible for the ordering, administration, and recording of medicines according to policy and statutory requirements.
