Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

Landers Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize customer visits to increase sales and develop new business opportunities
  • Call on DIY buying groups to promote and sell a range of DIY products
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer spend and achieve sales targets
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of over 80 customer accounts
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in the DIY industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and achievement of sales targets
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel extensively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary up to £45,000
