ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Control and Instrumentation Engineer to become a vital member of our commercial team, engaging in a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing the dependable and effective functioning of processes through the design, execution, and upkeep of control systems and instrumentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver EC&I technical support to current clients as directed.
  • Fulfill the requirements outlined in the project plan for EC&I deliverables as assigned by the Framework Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Framework Manager to address any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct site visits as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards throughout all aspects of EC&I project delivery.
  • Provide technical insights during the design phase, focusing on the feasibility of the design.
  • Previous experience in the gas and utilities sector is preferred.
  • Develop electrical schematics, control logic diagrams, and instrument loop diagrams.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Experience: Proficient in Electrical Control and Instrumentation engineering, particularly in project modifications, testing, and technical documentation review within the energy sector, with essential experience in Hazardous Areas.
  • Knowledge: Strong comprehension of the Gas industry and relevant design standards.
  • Skills: Results-oriented, capable of meeting critical business timelines while working effectively under pressure.
