Job Description

As a Stockroom Coordinator at Dr. Martens, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of stockroom organization and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records, ensuring seamless inventory management and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to prevent losses and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Process deliveries and stock movements in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing the inventory system to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to ensure stockroom standards are met, and product is easily accessible to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Previous stockroom or operational experience, with a focus on stock inventory management.
  • An operational-first mindset, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a strong attention to accuracy.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
