LORS System Management:

Client Liaison:

  • Perform reconciliations for premium and claims payments to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Monthly Brokerage Targets:

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure monthly brokerage targets are met and contribute to the overall success of the department, driving business growth and revenue.

Renewal Statistics and Evidences of Cover:

  • Prepare renewal statistics to facilitate decision-making processes, providing valuable insights to drive business strategy.
  • Generate evidences of cover to meet contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Conduct and Compliance:

  • Support the implementation of good conduct within the business for optimal outcomes for customers and policyholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with PRA and FCA conduct rules, maintaining a strong reputation in the industry.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Reinsurance Technician, preferably in a Lloyd's Broker environment, with a strong understanding of the LORS system and proficiency in Excel.
  • Ideally have an in-depth knowledge of the LORS system and proficiency in Excel, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with premium accounting and treaty processing, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
