About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our reinsurance team at Gallagher Re. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and mentoring a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our reinsurance offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry partners
  • Lead a team of reinsurance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure Gallagher Re remains a leader in the reinsurance market
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in reinsurance or a related field
  • Proven track record of business growth and leadership experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
