We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Pelvic Health Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in pelvic health physiotherapy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a pelvic health clinical caseload, working independently with support from the Pelvic Health clinical lead and senior clinicians and mentors.
- Work closely with the Administration team and department colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Participate in and deliver in-service training programmes, sharing your expertise with colleagues and contributing to the development of the team.
- Assist in the education and mentoring of rotational staff and physiotherapy students on placement from Cardiff University and the University of South Wales.
- Diploma/degree in physiotherapy and registered with the Health Professions Council.
- Appropriate range of postgraduate education and training in pelvic health physiotherapy.
- Experience of participating in and delivering in-service training programmes, with a varied range of clinical experience within the musculoskeletal speciality.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Evidence of initiative, good time management, and the ability to adapt to changes in work routine.
