As an FCA Regulated Currency Market Expert, we offer a comprehensive suite of FX products including Spot, Forwards, FX Options, and bespoke structured products. Our extensive product offerings, long expiry dates, and large credit line facilities enable us to facilitate complex transactions for our clients.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Dealing and play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and expanding our client portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage a thriving personal revenue stream, consistently exceeding performance targets.
  • Ensure all revenue objectives are met while adhering to FCA regulations and prioritizing client interests in every dealing activity.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Operations, Sales, Legal, and Compliance, to streamline workflows and processes.
  • Stay abreast of market structure changes and regulatory developments, sharing insights internally and externally to foster a high-performing, compliant culture.
Your Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an FX Dealer with expertise in FX Options.
  • A demonstrable track record of managing and growing an existing client portfolio.
  • Full FCA regulation compliance.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • CF30 Qualification.

Competitive base salary of £60,800 (dependent on experience) plus an attractive uncapped commission structure.
