Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of policies, claims, and renewals.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our business through cross-selling and upselling insurance products and services to our clients.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory requirements and company procedures, minimizing risk and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including account executives, underwriters, and claims handlers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Insurance Knowledge: Working knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, including liability, property, and casualty insurance.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Experience of working in a compliance-driven environment, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
