Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RNMH)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RNMH) to join our team in a modern mental health treatment unit in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with Personality Disorder, Learning Disability, and Enduring Mental Illness.

Job Summary:
  • Location: Cardiff
  • Salary: Up to £40,455 depending on experience + £5,000 Welcome Bonus
  • Shifts: 07:30 to 19:45 (Days) and 19:30 to 07:45 (Nights)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients with complex mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RNMH) qualification
  • At least 12 months of experience in the UK
  • Valid NMC PIN
  • Up-to-date training certificates
  • UK Resident
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Clean and clear DBS
