Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs.

About the Role:

As a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality care of patients in our four-bedded, low secure service for adult males and females with personality disorders, learning disabilities, or mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to patients with mental health needs
  • Support colleagues and promote positive teamwork
  • Ensure adherence to NMC standards and regulations
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment
Requirements:
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 6 months Mental Health experience as a nurse in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
