Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Churchill Cleaning. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective supervision of our cleaning teams, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning teams to ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment and materials are properly maintained and stored.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify any areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure that all areas are cleaned efficiently.
  • Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on cleaning standards and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that all staff are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure that our services meet their needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
