Main Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks as scheduled, including waste management, water temperature recording, and emergency lighting tests.
  • Respond to reactive repairs and maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct minor building fabric repairs and modifications, including decorating tasks and basic carpentry and plumbing work.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including general office cleaning and janitorial duties as needed.
  • Support external landscaping and cleaning services as required.
  • Assist with ad hoc porterage duties, including furniture management and moves.
  • Manage stock levels and maintain accurate documentation of all assigned work orders.
  • Ensure the housekeeping of facilities plant rooms and workshop areas.
