About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to lead the delivery of our arts-based interventions in a prison setting. As a Programmes Coordinator/Facilitator, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging programmes that support rehabilitation, reintegration, and reablement for participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality programmes that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
  • Coordinate all aspects of programme promotion, recruitment, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to co-facilitate workshops and activities that combine arts-based interventions with course delivery.
  • Collect and manage feedback to continuously improve programme content and delivery.
  • Support with risk management, information management, and case recording as needed.

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for arts-based interventions and a creative approach to positively influence and persuade others. You will have excellent communication skills, support skills, and experience working with diverse groups of people. You will also have a background in arts education, dramatherapy, applied theatre, or equivalent, and practical experience in group work facilitation.
