Job Title: Assistant Spa and Leisure Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Spa and Leisure Manager to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our treatment department and leisure club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to each area where needed to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage spa bookings, packages, and schedules efficiently to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the spa and leisure club.
  • Confidently cover the spa and leisure club when the Spa Manager is absent, demonstrating competency in all aspects of the role.
  • Set and support retail targets to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team towards success.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Support the implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase spa revenue and engagement.
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist.
  • Desirable qualifications: Pool Plant Level 3, Emergency Pool Rescue, First aid at work.
