Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and driven individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients and employees, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting external visitors and staff members
- Handling incoming calls and general email correspondence
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Arranging employee travel and maintaining trackers and systems

Requirements:
