Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Purchasing Manager to join our team at a luxury boutique hotel in London. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement function, developing relationships with suppliers, and ensuring the business gets the best product at the best price.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and improve efficiency.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best possible prices and terms.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying needs and selecting suppliers to negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and align procurement activities with organisational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Proven experience in purchasing and procurement, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of procurement software and systems.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
