A leading Energy Solutions provider with a strong presence across the UK is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, PPM, and CAPEX responsibilities across their portfolio of sites in the South of England.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, with experience in managing multiple sites and working in a highly regulated environment, including Fuel, Petroleum, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Hazardous waste sectors.

This is a remote role, requiring the ability to manage a diary and attend sites in the Midlands, South, and Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned business areas, incorporating business objectives and strategies.
  2. Establish and maintain standards, specifications, and applications for business unit assets, including maintenance strategy and investment scope.
  3. Review and analyze inspection, maintenance, and engineering reports, identifying remedial works and planning and tracking required works to completion.
  4. Manage engineering contractor relationships, reviewing RAMS and ensuring works are planned and executed specific to site.
  5. Ensure preventative planned maintenance task schedules are set for respective sites, maintaining regulatory and legislative compliance.
  6. Manage contractor interface with operations within the business unit.
  7. Align with Senior/Regional operations teams to support and manage engineering within the function.
  8. Review engineering HSE performance within assigned business units and provide feedback on improvements.
  9. Experience in Engineering Management, ideally across a group or multiple sites.
  10. Experience working in regulated environments, including Fuel, Petroleum, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Hazardous waste sectors.
