About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team as a Project Lead. As a key member of our national civil engineering team in Belfast, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating engineering production activities for an operating unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate engineering production activities for an operating unit, making decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with senior-level management within the company, skilled in dispute resolution and negotiation of critical issues.
  • Demonstrate mature judgment in anticipating and solving both routine and unusual operations problems, determining operational objectives and requirements, organizing programs and projects, and developing standards and guides for diverse engineering activities.
  • Supervise a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience within Consulting Structural Engineering, with a strong background in structural design.
  • Structural design experience of commercial, healthcare, education, or defense projects.
  • BSc or MSc in Structural or Civil Engineering.
