About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our national civil engineering team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and oversee engineering production activities, making authoritative decisions and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level management, resolving disputes and negotiating critical issues.
  • Exercise mature judgment in anticipating and solving operational problems, determining objectives and requirements, and developing standards and guides.
  • Supervise and coordinate engineering activities, receiving administrative supervision with broad general objectives and limits.
Requirements
  • Experience in Consulting Structural Engineering, with a focus on commercial, healthcare, education, or defence projects.
  • Structural design experience, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • BSc or MSc in Structural or Civil Engineering, with a strong academic record.
