About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to join our Partners Team at FatFace. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering crucial operational tasks to ensure a successful Partners business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake stock allocations for all wholesale partners, working closely with external partners on shipment planning and maintaining accurate partner trackers.
  • Provide all product data and imagery to our Partners to meet their requirements pre-delivery.
  • Produce DC Ops packs with weekly intake and shipment forecasts, as well as fulfilled shipments volumes.
  • Understand and maintain key reports used within the team and the wider business, via both Excel and Power BI.
  • Own the relationship with Finance for invoicing and stock reconciliation.
  • Organise all Partner shipments, liaising with both the DC and our Partners to ensure we hit agreed delivery dates, including shipment paperwork and bookings.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with external Partners operational teams, ensuring all product set up is complete before planning deliveries.
Requirements
  • Experience in operations, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent computer skills and a drive to learn new things.
  • Ability to build relations with Partners.
  • Understanding and interest in the FatFace customer, our competitors and product.
  • Approachable and at your best in a team environment.
