Job Title: Retail Operations Coordinator

At FatFace, we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Retail Operations Lead in setting out seasonal and weekly communication, policy, guidelines, and projects to support the retail channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Retail Operations Lead in pulling together all required documentation to be shared with stores.
  • Fielding calls and emails into Retail Operations and responding to store queries.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards and practices.
  • Support the delivery of seasonal events for the field team, including conference calls.
  • Maintain, improve, and develop central shared drive filing, working with IT to develop approaches that are efficient and effective.
  • Act as a central point of contact in Head Office for information relating to retail operations.
  • Support the Retail Operations Manager to ensure all legal and compliance audit information is completed timely and accurately.
Requirements:
  • Effective communicator both written and verbal across different departments.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to stores and HO functions.
  • Strong administration, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise effectively.
Competencies:
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of Store/Retail Operations processes and procedures.
  • Understanding of budgets.
  • Willingness to learn and be flexible.
  • Strong administration skills.
Key Contacts and Relationships:
  • Store Managers and their crews.
  • HO functions - HR, property, IT, DBMS.
  • Liaison with suppliers - data, information, consumables, and event management.
Accountable for Resources:
  • Shared filing and documentation.
  • Audit trail of information; store databases accurate.
  • Support Retail Operations Manager with centrally managed cost base.
