Job Title: Registered Nurse MedSurg/ Telemetry

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Centstone, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, test results, and treatment plans to inform care decisions.
  • Monitor and track vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry measurements, to ensure patients' safety and well-being.
  • Operate and interpret data from specialized medical technologies and equipment to inform patient care.
  • Administer medications and perform treatment interventions in consultation with healthcare specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including ward charts and medical files.
  • Provide education and training to Telemetry Unit staff on patient care and treatment plans to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • RN License and BLS certification are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Leadership skills are necessary to direct the efforts of other staff and provide effective coaching and guidance.
  • Proficiency in health information software used to maintain patient records is required.
  • Multitasking ability to monitor and care for multiple patients simultaneously is essential.
