Programmatic Trading - Ad Tech - London

The Company

Sphere Digital Recruitment, a leading digital recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Trading Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in high-impact advertising campaigns, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class colleagues and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies.

The Job

  • Work closely with experts from all internal department teams to shape and develop advertisers' media strategies and formulate intelligent marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns (Programmatic) to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Direct day-to-day activities on top-tier accounts, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Play a key role in translating marketing and advertising objectives into media strategies, driving business results and growth.
  • Conduct client meetings, workshops, and QBRs in conjunction with your AD on the accounts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Present analysis of product adoption, campaign performance, and identify the value our platform brings to clients, presenting this accordingly.

You

  • 3+ years of related trading experience or programmatic trading experience looking to go more strategic.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver excellent work, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
